Dr. Cleve Pilakowski has practice podiatric medicine for over 27 years. He moved to Lawrence in 2013 when he took over the practice of Dr. Lawrence Gaston, DPM. He graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and earned his doctorate in podiatric medicine from the William M. Scholl of Podiatric Medicine in 1996.

Dr. Pilakowski practices conservative medicine and believes surgery is used when it's the very best option. He has extensive experience with Diabetic foot care including preventive medicine and wound care. Dr. Pilakowski is Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine and Podiatric Surgery by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Kansas Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Pilakowski has been married for 25 years to his wife, Lauri, and they have 4 children between the ages of 14 and 22. His family are active members at Corpus Christi Church in Lawrence. When not attending one of his children's activities, he enjoys following the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers, attending many University of Kansas events, traveling, and reading.

Dr. Kerwin Dunham joined Lawrence Podiatry Center in 2019. He is originally from the Des Moines area. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Northern Iowa where he earned a B.A. in Biomedical Biology and Professional Science Master's Degree in Biotechnology. He was a student athlete at UNI with the men's basketb
Dr. Kerwin Dunham joined Lawrence Podiatry Center in 2019. He is originally from the Des Moines area. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Northern Iowa where he earned a B.A. in Biomedical Biology and Professional Science Master's Degree in Biotechnology. He was a student athlete at UNI with the men's basketball team.
In 2016, he graduated from the William M. School College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine in Chicago with a doctorate in podiatric medicine.
He completed a three year forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgical training at MercyOne Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa. He is a Board Qualified surgeon of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
He has extensive experience and training in wound care, diabetic foot care, sports medicine, foot and ankle fracture management, and all foot pathologies.
Dr. Dunham recently celebrated his 10th anniversary with his wife, Kyra. They are proud parents of 4 young children and active members of Story Hill Church in Lawrence.

He completed his undergraduate degree from Bethel University in Minnesota and his podiatric education at the Des Moines School of Podiatry. He completed a 3 year residency in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Dr. Ostiguy brings experience with minimally invasive surgery which will be a great addition to the Lawrence Podiatry Center team. He also brings great experience in all aspects of podiatry, including nail care, Diabetic foot care, heel pain, and general foot and ankle pain.
Dr. Ostiguy is enjoying getting to know Lawrence with his wife and children.
